Description:

The Summer Jefferson Symposium is a vibrant academic program that reflects on Thomas Jefferson's guiding principles while uncovering historical facts, fictions and myths about him. This year we will take a closer look at Jefferson's Love of the Written Word. This Symposium is modeled after the highly successful Summer on the Lawn program that was sponsored by the School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
Join the Lifetime Learning Program in the Office of Engagement on June 21 - 24, 2012 for lectures, tours, exhibits and thought-provoking discussions led by Jefferson scholars and experts.
Participants may either register to stay on Grounds at Brown College or handle their own lodging accommodations. We welcome participants 18 years or older.
Registration Deadline: June 6, 2012
Late Registration with $50 late fee: June 7, 2012 - June 14, 2012
Limited capacity - register soon!
