Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville’s Youth United Program, is hosting its second annual Habitat Golf Tournament on October 8, 2012, at Birdwood Golf Course at The Boar’s Head Resort. Proceeds from this event will go directly to YU’s sixth family sponsorship in the greater Charlottesville area.
The YU Chapter raised $10,000 last school year for the Martin family and have set their sights higher as they try to raise a full-house sponsor - $60,000 - for their next sponsored family by June 2013. The tournament is the kickoff event to the 2012-13 school year YU fundraising efforts and we would like to request your support for this event.
